Paula Kolano, LMT, MLD-C, Owner of Premier Massage & Bodyworks, Revive Bodywork’s and Hauppauge Integrated Wellness Group is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a graduate of New York College of Health Professions. Paula thrives in helping others reach their healing goals specializing in injury and pain management. Paula chose to further her education and became Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, which has lead her on a journey to help post-surgery patient care and all post-plastic surgery care. Using a Holistic approach, Paula tailors her treatment to each patients individual needs. In addition, Paula is experienced in prenatal massage, Swedish, deep tissue, cupping therapy, and sports massage.
